A Complete Approach to Lighting Projects – What to Expect
Step 1: Preliminary Call
We will call you to discuss your property areas; current products in use and their metrics such as usage hours. This call is essential for us to establish some of the specific details of your project. We will ask you questions about how long areas are lit for, how much you pay for energy to establish the likely scale of the project. We will also use this call to arrange a time to visit your site to complete a site survey.
Step 2 : Free ROI Survey
During our site visit, we meticulously count every product in use in each area to complete a comprehensive breakdown. This attention to detail ensures the accuracy of our ROI survey.
We identify the lamps, products, accessories, and any additional requirements such as emergency and dimming compatibility. This survey allows us to determine specific personalizations needed to offer the best possible solutions in our next step.
Step 3 : Propose LED Alternatives
After counting the products and assessing current usage, we propose suitable LED alternatives to provide a return on investment. We suggest maximizing savings by incorporating features like occupancy sensors.
Our energy survey outlines potential energy and cost savings per area, total project costs, and carbon reduction. Alongside the survey, we provide a quotation for your approval. We adjust the proposal to align with your budget and project scope as needed.
Step 4 : Supply & Installation
Our service offers flexibility to suit your needs. Our quotation includes labor costs, as we provide both products and electricians for project implementation. However, if you prefer, we can offer products only, allowing you to handle installation independently.
During installation, we also assist with the removal or recycling of original products, promoting sustainability in the project. This option can be added to your service as needed.
Step 5: Sign Off
Once everything is installed, we will return to your site and walk around with you to check all areas. This is to ensure everything is completed and you are satisfied to sign off on the project. Once our team and you are happy with the products and the completed work, we will sign off on the project. We appreciate any feedback you have for us at this stage as we are passionate about continuous improvement of our services.
