A modern hotel near central London’s attractions. With many of the back rooms being upgraded to LED the main restaurant area was a big focus as this is an area that needs light distribution to be constant throughout for ultimate guest experience.
Lighting fixtures and fittings were changed to be in-keeping with the modern look of the hotel in mind.

The Restaurant Area
Older halogen lamps were replaced with new LED lamps which can now be dimmed with DimTone. DimTone provides a warm, tranquil ambience, ideal for hospitality lighting. The spotlight can now be brighter for food areas and then dimmed down to warmer tones of traditional lamps to give an inviting atmosphere to dine in.
The Products
The restaurant had 35W Halogen MR16 lamps changed to Philips 5W dimmable MR16’s. The dimmer modules used were Varilight dimmable modules. Many LED non-corrosive battens were used for the back of house rooms, these are great to resist dust and moisture from getting to the inside of the batten.
