This particular lighting project involved an LED upgrade from compact fluorescent battens in staircase areas, lift motor rooms and back of reception. This will increase the sustainability of the hotel and contribute to overall energy saving and cutting carbon usage. We personalise our service to each and every project that we conduct.

Exterior Parking Area
The hotel’s exterior disabled parking area needs to be well lit. Before the completion of the lighting project the linear halogen flood lighting had suitable lighting but used a lot of energy. The new Philips Ledinaire 30W mini floodlight now provides a better light output for a fraction of the energy. A crisp clear warm white light unlike the light produced by the traditional halogen fitting, making the outdoor space even safer at night.

The Bottom Line…
Small Changes, Big Impact
The back of the reception area, top of staircase areas and lift motor rooms replaced T8 fluorescent twin and single battens with Ansell LED Tornado EVO twin and single battens. Also the Ansell LED Disco bulkhead was used in the lifts, giving a stylish and modern finish.
