Situated in the heart of London’s Docklands, the projects’ team conducted a energy survey which outlined potential energy and cost savings per area, total project costs, and carbon reduction.

Spotlight On…
Guest Room Bathrooms
All of the guest room bathrooms needed to change from MR16 halogens to LED. The projects’ team wanted to use stylish spotlight fittings so the Integral EVO fire LED downlight was chosen with Philips Master Value LED GU10 lamps. The lamps will have a long life so there will be less maintenance costs associated with these and energy savings will be made also. Some guest rooms upgraded to using Ansell Disco LED bulkheads which look neat with their circular modern look, instant light output and have a choice of trim ring ranging from white, chrome or graphite to fit in perfectly with any décor.
The Products
Ansell Disco Evo LED bulkheads used to update the guest rooms. Integral Evofire IP65 LED downlights along with Philips Master Value GU10 lamps for bathrooms and guest room corridors. Philips Corepro LED PLS 2 Pin G23’s were used in bedroom mirror lighting.
