We replaced many function room spotlights to dimmable versions that have a longer lamp life, helping to save on energy and maintenance costs. Back-of-house rooms benefited from new fittings which included emergency and microwave sensors perfect for store rooms which do not need lighting on constantly.

An energy saving survey was carried out before the refurbishment went ahead which meant that we could make sure that the changes to be made were going to benefit the hotel the best.
